Hi Marc,

We can move the VM using vCenter converter. 1st you need to download guest vcenter folder from esx server. then using vcenter converter we can migrate to another esx server.
then power on your vcenter guest vm and login to vcenter using vsphere client and migrate the all vms which is in decomissioned esx server and remove from vcenter and decommission the esx server.

Please try this one. It will work I think.

is the first time to configure vCenter Server with Oracle database, not know about the problem that oracle db platform, you’ll have some documentation on experience I can share.

I am looking for info on how to move my vcenter server to a different esx host it is a vm and we are going to decommish our old esx host that has the vcenter server on there
