Microsoft: Exchange 2007 – Outlook 2007, getting SSL error pop-ups by clicking Send/Receive

After reinstalling CAS yesterday (Client Access Role) in Exchange 2007 I get every minute a SSL Certification prompt for accept of install the certificate in Outlook 2007:

Resolution:

 

– Open “Exchange Management Shell”

 

– Use the commands:

Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity SERVERNAME -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri http://sites/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

Set-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -Identity “SERVERNAME\Autodiscover (Default Web Site)” -InternalUrl http://sites/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xm

Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity “SERVERNAME\EWS (Default Web Site)” -InternalURL http://sites/EWS/Exchange.asmx -BasicAuthentication true

Set-OABVirtualDirectory -Identity “SERVERNAME\OAB (Default Web Site)” -InternalURL http://sites/OAB

Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity SERVERNAME -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri http://sites/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

Set-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -Identity “SERVERNAME\Autodiscover (Default Web Site)” -InternalUrl http://sites/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xm

Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity “SERVERNAME\EWS (Default Web Site)” -InternalURL http://sites/EWS/Exchange.asmx -BasicAuthentication true

Set-OABVirtualDirectory -Identity “SERVERNAME\OAB (Default Web Site)” -InternalURL http://sites/OAB

 

Note: For identity information: get-ClientAccessServer|FL ;

Note: Turn off Internal SSL on your OWA, External must be ON of course;

Note: Can/Must be your internal site name;

 

– Restart your Exchange Services (i did all)

– Restart IISAdmin service

 

Now the users didn’t prompted again for installing or accept the SSL certificate.
